To begin we spend time getting to know you and your brand and what goals/intentions you have in mind. Spending time listening to your wants and needs sets us up with a solid foundation for any project.
You’ll be given a strategy questionnaire to complete before we delve into a call and move onto the research.
After we’ve spent time getting to know you and your brand, the research begins. We take a look at what inspires you, your competitors, industry, your unique selling points, your brand archetypes and season, and put all the findings into concepts.
You can expect up to x3 design concepts, and we’ll agree on a design concept before moving forward with building a stand-out brand identity or website.
Everything we learn from the strategy and research stages gets transformed into a beautiful brand or website. You may have up to x3 change requests, and can expect to receive extensive guidelines on how to make the most of your branding, with mock-ups so you can see your new brand come to life. Or a fully functional website.
Once everything is approved, all files and assets will be uploaded to your own Dropbox folder, and you will receive any relevant off-boarding advice and tutorials.
