The Old Oak Ranch is a family run avocado and citrus farm based in San Diego. I immediately fell in love with Ania’s story of taking on the ranch as first time farmers, with full-time corporate jobs and four kids! Offering more than organic produce, the end-goal was to spark connection by encouraging readers to follow along on their family’s journey through blogging, but also through farm-visits, and eventually farm-stays and events.

We created a brand identity and website that felt authentic and captivating, yet organic with the sole purpose of telling the Old Oak Ranch story. Serif, rustic fonts were chosen for their authentic feel. The custom logos and brand marks feel handcrafted, and hand-drawn illustrations provide an artisan feel. I designed and built a custom website that pulled together the branding, enhanced perfectly with 70’s inspired film photography captured by a wonderful local photographer.
